Partnership launches with student job shadowing experiences across Southern California
ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Signature Aviation, the world's largest network of private aviation terminals, and JA (Junior Achievement) Worldwide are bringing aviation career opportunities to life for students through a new partnership focused on workforce readiness and career exploration.
The collaboration kicks off with a series of job shadowing experiences at Signature Aviation locations across Southern California, giving local high school students a firsthand look at the people, operations and career pathways that keep business aviation moving. Students from Compton High School, Millikan High School and Van Nuys High School will participate in events at Signature's Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Long Beach Airport (LGB) and Van Nuys Airport (VNY) locations, respectively.
Throughout the day, students will go behind the scenes at Signature's private aviation terminals, meet team members across a variety of roles and gain practical insight into the skills and experience needed to build a career in aviation. Activities will include facility tours, hands-on learning opportunities, job shadowing rotations and career conversations with Signature team members, with additional events scheduled through 2027.

The Southern California events mark the first activation of the partnership, with additional job shadowing experiences planned for the New York Tri-State area in early 2027.
